Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of AudioMade, including the website, account features and AI audio generation tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Using AudioMade

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

2. Your prompts and generated audio

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use generated audio. Do not submit unlawful material, personal data you are not allowed to share, or requests intended to infringe another person's rights.

Audio generation is probabilistic. Review every output before publishing, distributing or using it in a commercial project, and make sure your use complies with any applicable rights and third-party requirements.

Creating an account or using AudioMade authorizes us to retain and use your prompts, generation settings, generated audio, ratings and download activity to operate and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, scrape or automate the product without permission, attempt to access another person's account or content, or use AudioMade for illegal or harmful activity.

4. Plans, credits and subscriptions

Current prices, included monthly credits and billing intervals are shown on the Pricing page and again in Stripe Checkout before purchase. Paid plans renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. Credits reset at the start of each billing period, do not roll over and have no cash value. Changing or cancelling a plan does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You can manage or cancel a paid plan through the Billing link on the Pricing page. Cancellation normally takes effect as shown in Stripe's customer portal. Deleting your AudioMade account cancels an active subscription immediately and permanently removes access to the account.

5. Commercial use

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you may use and modify generated audio in personal and commercial projects. Because AI outputs may not be unique, AudioMade does not promise exclusivity or that similar output will not be generated for another user. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your use does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights

Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable. If consumer law gives you a withdrawal, cancellation, refund or warranty right, those mandatory rights remain unaffected. Contact yasinsen.job@gmail.com for billing questions.

7. Availability

AudioMade is an evolving service. Features, generation limits, supported formats and availability may change as we improve the product. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service, users or infrastructure.

8. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve AudioMade without compensation or obligation.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
