Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AudioMade processes to provide the service and how you can contact us about your data.

1. Information we process

When you create or use an account, we process your email address and the account details returned by the sign-in method you choose. When you use the studio or AudioMade MCP, we record your prompts, generation settings, generated audio files, like and dislike activity, downloads and technical records associated with your workspace. MCP access keys are stored as one-way hashes rather than plaintext.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, generate and deliver audio, save your library, understand which prompts and outputs work well, improve the service and its models, enforce service limits, keep the product secure and respond to support requests.

3. Service providers

We use infrastructure and service providers to operate AudioMade, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database storage, and Modal for audio-generation compute. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

4. Product and model improvement

AudioMade uses account workspace records, including prompts, generation settings, generated audio, likes, dislikes and downloads, to evaluate and improve the service and its models.

5. Optional analytics and cookies

If you accept analytics, we may use PostHog, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, feature usage, performance and product errors. We do not intentionally send your sound prompts, generated audio or email address to these analytics providers. Optional analytics does not load until you consent. You can change your decision at any time using Privacy choices.

6. Storage and retention

We retain prompts, generation settings, generated audio, rating activity and download records privately in our Supabase database and audio storage for up to 2 years from creation. You can delete generations or your account before expiry. Account data is retained while your account remains active, or longer where needed for security, legal obligations or dispute resolution.

7. Your choices

You can delete individual generations from your workspace and permanently delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes your profile, generation records and stored audio, and immediately cancels any active subscription. You may also request access, correction, portability, restriction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and may retain limited records where required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or other legal obligations.

8. Security

We use access controls and private file storage designed to protect your workspace. Treat an AudioMade MCP key like a password: do not publish, commit or share it. Creating a replacement key revokes the previous key. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and keep your credentials private.

9. Changes and contact
